WW - Rolex Oyster Speedking, ref 4220, circa 1947, manual wind, 30mm x 35mm to lug tips, 17mm lug width, original stainless steel screw back Oyster case, no strap, original silvered dial with applied gold numerals, 17J, s#524326, triple signed, inside back ref 4220. A wonderful small vintage Rolex perfect for the woman who wants something a little larger or for the young man interested in Rolex but not the prices in which they typically sell for.
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, fine-plus mvt condition overall, light fine scratches and discoloration to the plates, hardly any oxide; fine-plus dial with ample surface spotting and a green discoloration from 11 to 4; fine hands show ample oxide; polished case shows light wear, light pitting to backs of lugs and case back, light dings on the backs of the lugs and case; original crown shows very little wear, half turn left to threads; good plastic crystal.
